Inquiries must include full name and contact phone number.

    • Rooms do NOT include breakfast.  New rates as of July 1, 2023 are as follows.
    • Unit # 1 Hunters King (Two bedroom one bath unit).  175  accommodates up to 2 adults.
    • #1 KING ONLY 165.  2 Adults only.
    • Unit # 2 Master suite – 155 2 adults only
    • Unit # 4 Carriage House – No breakfast 125 two adults only
    • Reserving a space is done on a first come first serve basis upon receipt of the following information, contact your host John Thomas with any questions.
    • Full Name, Mailing address, email address, cell number, stipulate you understand no breakfast along with room number and number of occupants  Reserving a space requires credit card information as rooms must be purchased with full payment.  Please read cancellation procedures under “policies/procedures” and  “House Rules” tab on the upper right of this page

    House Rules:

    • No children-No one under the age of 18
    • Please keep front door locked at all times
    • Use porch for loading and unloading, do not leave the front door standing open
    • Check-out is 12 at noon or before, NO EXCEPTIONS
    • Keep all personal belongings in your private room at all times
    • Keep your room door locked
    • Do not adjust the thermostat in the foyer, your private room has its own thermostat for your comfort
    • No loud noise
    • Do not move furniture
    • No visitors during your stay
    • No visitors on the property
    • JT B&B does not host parties/social gatherings of any kind (wedding parties, birthday parties, baby showers)
    • No unregistered overnight guests/visitors
    • Room amenities and showers are limited to registered guests only
    • Do not give your door code to anyone.
    • Dining room is not for personal use.  DO NOT USE DINING TABLE AS A DESK.
    • Please note that you are renting a private suite, not the entire house
    • All common areas are equipped with motioned censored cameras and are monitored around the clock
    • Keep spirits limited to your private room or the front porch
    • Limit use of common areas to coming and going ONLY
    • No candles
    • NO ANIMALS
